This policy explains how Self Plus Inc. ("we", "us"), the operator of Mojinami (https://mojinami.com), collects and uses your personal information.

Information we collect

  • Order and account information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, items ordered and order history.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Messages you send us, for example by email or the contact form.
  • Device and usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site.

How we use it

  • To process, produce, ship and support your orders
  • To reply to your questions and requests
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
  • To improve the store and understand how it is used
  • To send marketing emails, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run the store, with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store
  • Printful, our print and fulfillment partner, which receives your name, shipping address and order details to produce and ship your items
  • payment providers and shipping carriers
  • analytics and marketing tools we use on the store, if any
  • authorities, when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

We are based in Japan, and our service providers may process your information in other countries, including the United States and countries in Europe. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected when it is transferred.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent.
