Cancellation Policy

We do not sell subscriptions or recurring orders. Each purchase is a one time order.

Because items are printed on demand, an order can be canceled and refunded only if production has not started yet. Please email support@self-plus.co.jp as soon as possible with your order number. For misprinted or damaged items, see our Refund Policy.

This policy is provided in English and Japanese. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
