Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Mojinami (https://mojinami.com) and to purchases made in the store. The store is operated by Self Plus Inc., Tokyo, Japan. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products

Our designs are created in Tokyo. Products are printed on demand by our print partner after you order. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from product images because of screen settings and the printing process. Each product page explains the meaning of the Japanese used in the design. These explanations are provided for your information.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page. Where available, prices are shown in your local currency. The total shown at checkout, including shipping and any taxes collected at checkout, is the amount you pay. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product cannot be produced or shipped to your address, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we refund any amount paid.

Intellectual property

All designs, text and images in this store belong to Self Plus Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. This does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
